The 'Tag cloud' button is associated with the Browse and Search controls within the Toolbar. Clicking the 'Tag cloud' button brings up a list of tags in the following format:
This lists the most popular tags, with the size of the keywords reflecting the popularity of the tags.
Clicking the keywords brings up lists of users and communities who have used these keywords to tag their profiles, blogs and wikis.
